Tempted to Stop; But, Keeping On.

5 Minutes: MS Connection: "The day before, a professional triathlete gave me this advice: 'You must keep moving. You cannot stop.'"  And, though tempted to stop, he kept going!

Jennie says:  Also, the story I link to below is a super-inspirational write-up about hiking the Inca Trail.  Active MSers published the story, and it is exactly what I needed to read today.  I awoke in the wee hours of this morning with both arms and legs numb and aching as well as just super "heavy" to the point I didn't want to move them. Laid there and realized my heartbeat was all wonky, too.  Eyes droopy and sandpapery like I'd slept with the eyelids open.  (sigh)  Exhausted still, but didn't sleep again for a while. Even then, got up with hubby and moved on with my day.
The past 2-3 weeks, I've been having a mild pseudo-exacerbation, and this morning's episode was bothersome in playing with my head on what kind of future might be on the horizon.  So, reading this brought me some needed perspective and mental oomph to say, "I will keep moving!"  And, I have...all day.  Now, bed is calling for sure.  Meanwhile, here's the encouraging article:
